Yoga for Sleep Workshop at Healing Hammock on Friday 10th May 2024, 4:00pm – 8:00pm
We’ll explore a range of evidence based practices which support getting to sleep (on-set), sleep quality and duration, as well as helping reduce night-time waking including insomnia.

There will be a break with tea and treats which support sleep.
After the workshop Gill will provide an online link to all the resources shared in the session so you can continue exploring the practices at home.
