Yoga for Seniors

Yoga for Seniors (over 60s): Tuesdays 10:30am, Online Only via Zoom (currently)

A restorative Yoga Class for the over 60’s focused on improving balance and strength, making use of props and chairs to ensure Yoga postures are accessible. Yoga Mats will be provided, wear comfortable clothing which won’t restrict your movement.

Beginners welcome, but please consult with your doctor first.
