I often hear people say they’d love to try Yoga, but, they find the idea of starting yoga or joining a group class daunting.
I’ve created a set of introductory sessions for Beginners which focus on the basic foundations of Yoga: breath, movement and self awareness.
The aim of these sessions is to build confidence, develop your knowledge & strength and to feel comfortable getting on the mat – perfect for anyone considering starting Yoga, re-starting Yoga or anyone within the first 6 months of their practise.
