Wedding Day’s are one of the most special day’s we share with our partner, family and friends, but the excitement, anticipation and stress can be overwhelming especially on the morning of the Wedding.
A gentle yoga practise, bespoke to your needs, can help alleviate any stress or anxiety and promote feel-good feelings whilst having a calming effect on the mind and body – preparing you for the magical day ahead.
You have the choice of a personal 1:1 session, or you may prefer to practise with your Maid-of-Honour and Bridesmaids or perhaps close family members – whatever feels right for you 🙂
- Gill travels to your Wedding Morning location, and provides all yoga equipment.
- 1:1 session – we don’t need much space, just enough for 1 yoga mat.
- Group session – a private room or space is required
- Previous experience of yoga isn’t required – beginners welcome
- Each session is bespoke
